Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Giftreo and any purchase you make. By placing an order you agree to them. They will be finalised with our operating legal entity's details before public launch.
What we sell
We sell gift cards at a discount to face value, delivered as codes by email after payment in cryptocurrency. Gift cards are subject to the issuing brand's own terms, including region and currency restrictions shown on each product page. You are responsible for buying a card compatible with your account.
Orders, payment and delivery
Prices are shown per deal and paid in cryptocurrency. Because crypto payments and revealed gift card codes are difficult to reverse, please check the brand, amount and currency before you pay. Delivery is by email once payment confirms, usually within an hour; timing is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Refunds and issues
If a code is not delivered or does not work, contact us with your order reference and we will investigate and, where appropriate, reissue or refund. Refunds on revealed, working codes are limited by the nature of gift cards. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Acceptable use
Buy only cards you intend to use lawfully. Fraudulent orders are refused. We never request a code back after delivery; treat any such request as fraud.
